Las Vegas trip

The first part of January we took a trip to Las Vegas with Allyn, Jared and their little boy Carter. It was a really fun trip! Jared's uncle lives in Vegas so we were able to save money and stay with him. We did a lot of fun things while we were there. Jared's cousin even offered to watch the babies for us one night and we were able to go to a Cirque Du Soleil show. We went and saw Mystere at Treasure Island and it was AMAZING!!! Our brother in law is a Nevada resident so he was able to get us half price tickets, which made it affordable! Thanks Josh, We love you! We had a lot of In & Out Burger and Buffalo Wild Wings and they were delicious! We went to M&M World, Coca Cola Factory, Bellagio and a lot of other fun places! We were planning on riding some of the rides but they were all closed of maintenance!!! How stupid is that...they close all the rides at the same time! I was not happy about that because that was one thing we were looking forward to. There is not a lot of things that 2 families with babies can do in Vegas and so this is one thing that we really wanted to do. I guess it gives us an excuse to go back another time!
At Jared's uncle's house he had a little trampoline and Kendon LOVED it! He would jump on it every chance he got!
And he did not want help, he wanted to do it all by himself!!
We gave Kendon and Carter a bath together and Kendon absolutely LOVED it! He was kicking and splashing and just having a great time!
We drove 2 cars to Las Vegas, but when we went to the strip we did not want to drive both cars, so JK and Jared traded off riding in the trunk. JK complained the whole time, because it was so uncomfortable! But it saved us some gas money!

The Bellagio. They always have their gardens decorated so fun!

I think Kendon's favorite thing on the trip was the fountain show at the Bellagio! He was oohing and awhing the whole time!
The Coca Cola bear that Kendon was terrified of!

What a fun trip for you. Hope your mom is feeling better today! Tell her that I am thinking about her. The party was so nice. You did such a great job. You are amazing!

Whatever they grow up to be, they are still our children, and the one most important of all the things we can give them is unconditional love. Not a love that depends on anything at all except that they are our children.
